The Syrian revolution has made a giant leap with the murder of four military and security pillars of the regime. This proved the failure of the regime’s terrorist practices against the Syrians in the past 16 months to blow out their aspiration to freedom. Also, it is foretelling about the major progress in FSA capability which can turn into an equivalent force to restrain the tyranny’s madness that is
being practiced by the group of murderers moved by their eager to authority and covered by the international community disagreement towards the criminal acts against the Syrians.

Today, the entire world must understand that the Syrians are going on their revolution until they will achieve their freedom, dignity and building the state of right and law in addition to putting the bases of a political, democratic, pluralistic and progressive regime by their free will. The international community is obliged with legal and ethical duties towards the Syrians and they have to perform it in
spite of the Russian and Chinese Vetos and finding a legal and external way to protects the civilians. This responsibility is inevitable due to the criminal behavior by the regime and its thugs against the civilians in Damascus neighborhoods and all the revolutionary cities in the upcoming days.

Every citizen in our community and wherever (s)he was is demanded more than any time before to accelerate and elevate all revolutionary acts including the Civilian Mutiny to shorten the regime’s remaining time
and alleviate the fine that the people of Syria are paying with their own blood spilled by the criminals with unprecedented venom.

The members of Local Coordination Committees are looking forward to a quick movement by all of the involved parties in the international community; countries and organizations to rein the regime’s tendency to more massacres against the civilians in Syria. We appeal to our heroic population to be careful of the last minute scenarios which
will be used by the regime and to stand still on the fundamentals set by our grandfathers, who led the independence revolutions and protected the Syrians’ unity in addition to land, mastery of themselves and independence. We are looking up to our comrades in the military institution, those who did not murder their fellow citizens,
to beware of the current historical moment and their national and ethical duty at the time being and to defect from this tyrant regime to protect their brothers in this nation.
