The Local Coordination Committees in Syria:
The number of martyrs in Syria has risen to 153 thus far, including women, children, and defected soldiers. 40 martyrs were reported in Damascus and its suburbs; 30 in Daraa, including 22 martyrs from Wadi Al-Ajmi; 22 in Aleppo; 27 in Idlib; 15 in Homs; 8 in Deir Ezzor; 6 in Hama; 4 in Raqqa; and 1 in Quneitra

Homs: Houla: Heavy artillery shelling was renewed in the city, and was accompanied by heavy gunfire from the regime-controlled Water Company checkpoint

Raqqa: Regime forces opened fire to disperse a demonstration that started at the Al-Nour Mosque; protesters chanted for freedom

Daraa: Daeel: Safaa Yassar Jamous, Diaa Yassar Jamous, and Amin Abdelsalam Owaibar were all martyred due to heavy warplane shelling in the city

Daraa: Daeel: Renewed mortar and artillery shelling was reported in the city

Damascus Suburbs: Daraya: Dozens have been wounded and seven martyrs have fallen thus far, due to the warplane shelling by regime forces in the city. Some of the martyrs include, Moustafa Haw, Iyad Balsheh,
A’adel Kharbati, Ismail Masri Basha, Salah A’antar, Ahmed Mohammed Tahan, and Mawfaq Masri

Idlib: Dana: Several martyrs have been fallen due to fierce regime shelling in the city, including, Mohammed Hamash (a child), Aammer Akhras’s daughter, Abed Halibda’s son, and Abed Halim Bada’s wife.

Aleppo: Several explosions were reported in Sukari district amid heavy clashes between teh Free Syrian Army and the Regime’s army

Daraa: Yadoda: Very heavy artillery regime shelling in the city

Dara: Tafs: Dozens have been wounded as a result of the ongoing warplane shelling by regime forces in the city

Daraa: Shiekh Miskeen: Dozens have been wounded due to the fierce regime shelling in the city. Regime forces stationed at checkpoints around the city used rockets and artillery to shell the city along with gunfire

Aleppo: Fierce clashes are reported between the Free Syrian Army and the regime’s army using medium-grade weapons and anti-aircraft missiles in Sabaa Bahrat district, near the Commercial Bank, Bab Hadid, and Bab Nasser. The clashes have extended into the old parts of the city.

Damascus Suburbs: Mmoadamiyeh: A number of people are injured due to the intense shelling of the city by helicopters

Deir Ezzor: Heavy mortar shelling was reported along Radissat Road in the Jabilieh district

Aleppo:Fierce clashes between the Free Syrian Army and the regime army in the neighborhoods of Fardous, Ansari Al-Sharqi, and Zabida

Daraa:Herak: A number of mortar shells target the city by Iftar time for the sixth days

Damascus Suburbs: Harira: There are wounded people due to the intense shelling of the town.Additionally, several homes are damages due to the shelling, which is accompanied by snipers opening fire

Homs: Qusair: There are several martyrs and wounded people due to intense shelling targeting the villages of Bweda Sharqiyeh and Kamam

Lattakia: Haffa: Ahmad Aabsi, 18, was martyred, while a number of people were injured due to intense shelling of the town

Daraa: Daeel: Intense shelling by helicopters and heavy artillery targeting the city

Lattakia: Intense rocket shelling targeting civilians’ homes in Aido village

Damascus: Hajar Aswad: Intense shelling and partial destruction of the Aalaf area, resulting in buring and destruction of some homes on the outskirts of the area

Homs: A raid campaign of activists houses in the Rabee Arabi neighborhood, accompanied by intense gunfire

Daraa: Daeel: Helicopters hover above the city and residents fear shelling

Qunaitra: Jbata Al-Khashab: Regime’s army intensely shelled the town and destroyed a few houses.

Damascus Suburbs: Yalda: Fall of several martyrs and wounded was reported due to launching what seems to be missiles on the town

Damascus:Qadam Neighborhood: Four bodies of people slaughtered in the neighborhood were found.
