The Local Coordination Committees in Syria
The Local Coordination Committees was able to document 167 martyrs on Sunday. 60 martyrs were reported in Damascus and its suburbs; 50 in Aleppo, including 11 martyrs during shelling in Shaar; 19 martyrs in Daraa; 14 in Idlib; 11 in Homs; 7 in Deir Ezzor; 4 in Lattakia; and 2 in Hama

Aleppo: Hayan: Fierce aerial shelling of the town was reported

Deir Ezzor: Heavy artillery shelling was reported in the Kanamat neighborhood, and was accompanies by fierce clashes between the Free Syrian Army and the regime’s army

Idlib: Jisr Al-Shoghour: Heavy missile fire and artillery shelling were reported in Hamameh village

Aleppo: Fierce clashes between the Free Syrian Army and the regime’s army were reported west of the Zahraa district near the Artillery Batalion. This was accompanied by heavy aerial shelling

Daraa: Naima: Heavy missile fire was reported, and columns of smoke are rising above the city

Aleppo: Hreitan: Heavy aerial shelling was reported near the Carrefour Mall

Damascus: Hajar Al-Aswad: Artillery shelling in the area is growing more fierce

Aleppo: 11 people were martyred and dozens were wounded due to warplane shelling in Shaar neighborhood near Al-Hakeem Hospital by regime forces

Homs: Qusair: Fierce shelling at Josieh village, Nezarieh, and the surrounding areas was reported

Homs: Krak des Chevaliers: Fierce shelling using artillery and tanks was reported in Tukman district and Jabal Al-Talj in Masyadeh village

Idlib: Taftanaz: Daily shelling in the city has started and two shells landed in the western neighborhood

Daraa: Khirbet Ghazaleh: Massive explosion was reported at the international road in a passengers bus, led to the fall of 7 martyrs and many wounded

Aleppo: Fierce warplane shelling at Shaar neighborhood and throwing of explosive barrels was reported

Aleppo: Fierce shelling using warplanes and tanks was reported in Sakhour neighborhood

Daraa: Fierce artillery shelling of Yadouda, Moziyreeb, and Tal Al-Shihab continues as over 30 shells landed on those areas

Homs: Intermittent artillery shelling by regime forces in Jobar and Sultanieh district. Several homes have been destroyed

Dier Ezzor: Bokamal: Violent clashes between the Free Syrian Army and the regime’s army by regime forces stationed near Jiser and the the military security checkpoint

Lattakia: Intense bombing by regime planes flying vertically above the Maronite Village

Daraa: Tafs: Intnese shelling in the city where at least 6 shells have been dropped in Shamali district

Aleppo: Qaseeleh: Violent clashes are reported betwenn the Free Syrian Army and regime forces staioned at the Aleppo Citadel and the Justice Palace

Daraa: Zabzoun: Intense mortar shelling by regime forces in the village

Homs: Deir Baalba: Regime forces have raided the eastern farms area and are indiscriminately detaining civilians

Hama: Sahal Ghab: Intense artillery and tank shelling in Jobaz, Qaber Fadeh, Hawash, and Houjabeh by regime forces stationed at Rasif checkpoint. Injuries and fatalities have not been reported yet

Aleppo: Ta’ana: Warplanes are shelling the town and a transportation bus was targeted

Damascus: Regime forces raided the Halbouni and Barkameh districts and detained dozens of young men

Hama: Sahal Ghab: Intense artillery and tank shelling in Jobaz, Qaber Fadeh, Hawash, and Houjabeh by regime forces stationed at Rasif checkpoint. Injuries and fatalities have not been reported yet

Idlib: Jabal Zawiya: Intense shelling by regime warplanes and improvised barrel bombes are being dropped by helicopter gunships on Kansafra village amid massive military aerial campaign above the villages in Jabal Zawiya

Daraa: Yadouda: Intense artillery shelling by a regime artillery battalion stationed in Panorama

Damascus: Qadam: Another massacre was committed in the neighborhood, where 15 bodies were found in Jouret Shrebati who were field-executed after regime forces stormed the neighborhood. Residents are unable to retrieve the bodies

Lattakia: Haffa: Wounded were reported in the shelling by various weapons in Sharqaq village

Idlib: Kafr Oweid: The number of martyrs in the indiscriminate shelling with shells and TNT barrels has risen to 12, among them 5 children, and several were wounded. Also, more than 20 homes were burned and destroyed

Lattakia: Regime forces are shelling the villages of Salma and Doreen

Idlib: Jesr Shughour: Regime forces continue to start fires, which burned the bushes that go from the river to Shatouria in Kurds mountain and all the way to Turkman mountain

Damascus: Barzeh: An explosion shakes Esh Al-Warwor area and fire trucks are racing to the area, in conjunction with warplanes flying over the neighborhood

Damascus Suburbs: Zamalka: Heavy gunfire from medium-grade machine guns and anti-aircraft weapons is reported at regime forces’ checkpoints

Idlib: Kafr Oweid: 6 martyrs and a large number of wounded were reported when regime forces targeted the automatic bakery
