Idlib:
Saraqeb: More than 15,000 people performed a sit-in in front of the municipal building to meet the observers Committee, they headed towards the plant oil, where army are stationed at the southern entrance, to meet them. Army started shooting heavily at the demonstrators in front of the Committees’ consideration, which led to the fall of five wounded. The Committee headed to Al-Hasan Hospital and entered the operation room and met the wounded, doctors explained the type of injury, the Committee also met the families of the martyrs, Mr.Abdul Lateef Al-Habaly (Chairman of the Committee) was seen crying when he talked to the mother of martyr Weaam Abul Lateef Obaid

Union of Free Syrian Students: Aleppo University:
A decision was issued today to suspend three students from the university city in Aleppo for participating in evening demonstrations last friday 13-1-2012. The students are Mohammad Othman, Khaled Al-Khateeb (two students in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering), and Yusef Saleh Yahya ( a student in the Faculty of Education)
