Local Coordination Committees in Syria
While the United Nations hold a session on Syria, the number of martyrs in Syria today has risen to 15 thus far , including two children (one female and one male), 6 martyrs in Lattakia, 3 in Homs, 2 in Idlib, 2 in Aleppo, 1 in Daraa and 1 in Damascus Suburbs

Hama: Jabal Shahshabo: Helicopters through unknown objects over the mountain, It’s believed they are Phosphorous bombs like what Israel used against Gaza people

Damascus suburbs: Qatana: Sporadic gunfire near Jala’ Square, Tarbeh barrier and Ghalayeni mosque area

Aleppo: Andan: a military aircraft is flying over the town and throwing light bombs

Daraa: Lajah: Some white substance was sprayed all over Sahl, Bosr Hareer, Sour and Hamer. It is unknown what effect the substance has.Residents are afraid it may be chemical weapons.

Aleppo: Marea: A missile was fired above the city and exploded in the air with no sound, leaving dense white smoke in the air

The Syrian regime continues its series of violations with today’s deliberate cutoff of all Internet connections in most cities. This blackout exacerbates the situation of violence, intimidation and massacres committed against civilians, and which the regimes tries to conceal from the world’s sight. We, the Local Coordination Committees, warn of the gravity of violations the Syrian regime could be plotting
to commit under this deliberate communication blackout, and we hold the regime fully responsible for any campaign of violence that it plans to wage on any of the areas in Syria

Deir Ezzor: Heavy gunfire was reported all around the Howaija Nasara Roundabout in the Jabileh district

Damascus: Hajar Al-Aswad: Jarrah Muhamed Al-Numan was martyred by the pro-regime thugs (shabiha)

Homs: Rastan: Massive bombing in the city and its farms using artilleries and rockets injuring many people

Daraa: Tafas: Bombing houses continues and residents are resorting to shelters

Daraa: Ghabaghib: The regime’s army storms the town backed by buses and armored vehicles and wages a raid and arrest campaign and burns the homes of activists and defectors from the regime’s army

Homs: Shelling of the city of Talbeesa with helicopters and mortar shells amid intense gunfire with machine guns

Deir Ezzor: Mayadeen: Heavy gunfire from a military security checkpoint is reported in Baloum roundabout at a public transportation bus

Daraa: Tafas: Fierce explosion shook the city, accompanied by heavy gunfire

Homs: Intense shelling of Old Homs neighborhoods, Jobar, Sultaniya and Khalidiya

Damascus Suburbs: Qalamon: Intense shelling of the villages of Tafeel and Assal Al-Ward was reported, as well as the storming of the town of Rankous from the eastern entrance

Daraa: Tafas: Violent shelling at the town and a shell targeted Martyr Bromo’s School which resulted in partial destruction of the building.
Massive explosions are being reported all over the town and local civilians are in a panic condition

Daraa: Tafas: Intense shelling for over 6 hours now is reported in the city, several were martyred among them was Mahmoud Saleh Hreideen, and many were wounded, including women and children. There is a complete
internet and power outages. Residents of the city are calling on the UN observers to go immediately to the city

Deir Ezzor: Faculty of Law and Economy: Regime’s army are storming the campus, firing, and beating several students in attempt to break the strike that has been going on for 6 days

Damascus Suburbs: Wadi Barada: General strike and civil disobedience paralize the movement in all Wadi Barada to protest the massacres committed by the regime. Residents are raising anti-regime signs and
demanding it’s ouster

Damascus Suburbs: Harasta: Intermittent gunfire from the Vehicles Administration direction

Daraa: Tafas: Young Mahmoud Saleh Hreden was martyred after a shell fell on his house, which injured his family members, and destroyed the house of Fayez Al-Horany (Al-Melhy) and many houses were shells

Daraa: Naseeb: Renewal of bombing towards the city using heavy weapons, and random raid and arrest campaign is carried out in it

Damascus Suburbs: Harasta: Intermittent gunfire from the Vehicles Administration direction

Lattakia: Six martyrs in the city of Haffa and the surrounding villages are: Martyr Aala Qarah Janna (Zanqofeh-Msherfeh neighborhood), Martyr Ibrahom Taleb (Bakas), Martyr Rami Haj Musa (Bakas), Martyr Ahmad Salah Madaniya (Jankil), Martyr Shadi Taha (Babna) and Martyr Rami Asaad (Babna)
