The Local Coordination Committees in Syria
The LCC was able to document 76 martyrs by the end of Friday. 30 martyrs were reported in Damascus and its suburbs; 17 in Aleppo; 6 in Daraa; 5 in Idli; 4 in Deir Ezzor; 4 in Lattakia; 4 in Hama; 2 in Homs; 2 in Raqqa; 1 in Banyas; and 1 in Quneitra

Quneitra: Fierce shelling and heavy gunfire from Dushka carriers at Tal Ahmar was reported; the assault was against Jabata Al-Khashab

Daraa: Tal Shehab: Fierce artillery shelling by regime forces was reported in the town

Damascus Suburbs: Husseinieh Camp: Fierce artillery shelling by regime forces was reported at the camp, and led to massive damage to buildings and shops

Damascus: Hajar Al-Aswad: All entrances to 30th Steet have been sealed by regime forces and the Popular Front, except for Masham Amer Street

Damascus: Assali: Massive Mortar shelling by the regime’s forces in the neighborhood and the nearby neighborhood as reported

Daraa: Massive gunfire by Heavy machinery was reported in Daraa Al-Balad

Aleppo: FSA stopped three military boats coming from Tabqa area in
Raqqa towards Tishrin Dam through Eufrate river and forced them to
retreat

Aleppo: Fierce clashes between FSA and regime army around the building
of Airforce Intellegence and near Shekhan square and around Bani Zid

Damascus Suburbs: Mouadamieh: Renewed, fierce shelling was reported.
The 4th Division, stationed in the mountains between Daraya and
Mouadamieh, is using rocket launchers and heavy artillery

Idlib: Sahl Al-Rouj: Fierce mortar shelling and medium-grade machine
gun fire were reported; the attack was launched from the regime’s
checkpoints at the Mahbal processing plant and the school in the town
of Bastanqoul at the villages of Bastanqoul, Sanghara, and Baqeiled

Damascus: Qadam: Huge military reinforcements have arrived and entered
Daraya crossroad in the highway path towards Al-Salam mosque heading
to Daraya’s city

Idlib: Sarmin: Heavy shelling with missiles and heavy artillery is
renewed in the city at a rate of 2 shells per minute

Damascus: A massive explosion was reported in Khaled Bin Al-Walid Street

Damascus: Mazzeh: Heavy gunfire from the regime forces’ checkpoint,
located at the intersection of Akram Mosque, and from the Mutahaleq is
reported, accompanied by sounds of sporadic gunfire in several
neighborhoods

Daraa: Daeel: Heavy artillery shelling of the city is renewed

Aleppo: Heavy shelling with mortars is reported in Sakhour neighborhood

Damascus: Bab Srejah: Regime forces are launching a raids and arrests
campaign in the area

Hama: regime forces fired on a demonstration in Tariq-Halab neighborhood

Homs: Rastan: Several people wounded due of renewed artillery and
rocket launchers on the city

Damascus Suburbs: Zamalka: Heavy shelling with artillery and mortar
shells targets the city

Damascus Suburbs: Bebila: Shelling with mortars and tanks is reported
in the town, amid a power, water and communications outage

Damascus: Qaboun: A martyr and a large number of wounded were reported
due to the shelling of the neighborhood during a demonstration

Damascus Suburbs: Qatna: Heavy deployment of regime forces is
reported. They closed all roads between Maara neighborhood and the
Officer’s Housing and all roads leading there. Also, they set up new
checkpoints, which are reinforced with armored vehicles, in Halala
area

Hama: Sahl Al-Ghab: Heavy artillery shelling, accompanied by heavy
gunfire from heavy machine guns, is reported and is directed at Huweiz
village. Shelling is from Raseef checkpoint

Damascus:Qaboun: Several people were wounded due to heavy shelling
with mortars on the neighborhood

Damascus Suburbs:Daraya: the intensification of the frequency of
artillery shelling on Daraya’s orchards, and columns of black smoke
over the area

Daraa: Daael: heavy shelling by rocket launchers on the city

Damascus Suburbs: Regime forces are using rocket launchers and mortars
to target the cities of Hammourieh and Erbeen, and a number of shells
have landed in residential areas

Damascus Suburbs: Daraya: Military reinforcements are heading to Daraya

Homs: Abel: Many wounded were reported after the regime launched
mortars and missile attacks at the city

Damascus Suburbs: Harasta: Renewed shelling was reported in the city;
multiple shells were launched during the regime’s siege of the city

Idlib: Jarjanaz: A number of wounded were reported and several homes
were destroyed as a result of fierce artillery shelling from the
Hamdieh military camp

Damascus: Gunfire can be heard from the Rukneddine and Barzeh areas

Daraa: Eastern Karak: The 52nd Brigade is using artillery and rocket
launchers to shell the area; a large number of missiles and shells
have landed

Damascus: Bab Sreja: Detentions and raids campaign is conducted
randomly by the regime’s forces in the neighborhood

Damascus Suburbs: Mouadamiyat Sham: Renewed missiles and artillery
shelling in the residential neighborhoods by the regime’s forces

Damascus Suburbs: Mortar shelling in Daraya and Sbaina Neighborhoods
by the regime’s forces

Damascus Suburbs: Masraba: Dozens of wounded were reported after
regime forces used mortars and artillery to shell the area

Damascus Suburbs: Jisreen: A number of wounded were reported and a
large number of buildings wer destroyed as a result of regime forces’
mortar shelling

Damascus: Kafar Souseh: Two tanks belonging to the regime were damaged
during clashes between the Free Syrian Army and the regime’s army,
which is trying to storm Daraya through the orchards in Kafar Souseh
in the Mahayni neighborhood and the orchards in Al-Lawan
