Local Coordination Committees in Syria
By the end of Monday, the Local Coordination Committees were able to document 111 martyrs, including 5 women and 4 children. 41 martyrs were reported in Damascus and its Suburbs; 23 in Aleppo; 13 in Homs; 11 in Daraa, 6 in Deir Ezzor, 6 in Idlib; 6 in Hama and 4 in Raqqa

The Local Coordination Committees also documented 330 point that were targeted by shells across Syria, including 29 points that were shelled by warplanes, 4 points using thermal balloon bombs; 3 with thermobaric bombs and 2 points with barrel bombs, in addition, 134 were targeted by mortar shells; 121 points by heavy caliber artillery and 37 points by rockets.

The Free Syrian Army clashed with the regime forces in 152 locations. The Free Syrian Army managed to successfully repel the attempts of the regime army to storm Yarmouk Camp, the FSA also attacked and gained control over Wattar checkpoint in Adra town in Damascus Suburbs. In Zabadani, the FSA attacked a military convoy of regime forces. In Damascus, the FSA targeted Falasteen security branch. In Aleppo, the FSA continued to encircle Kweres Military Airport and in Raqqa the FSA seized control over the ammunition arsenal of the regime’s 17th Brigade.

Aleppo: Fierce clashes between FSA and regime forces in the neighborhood of Seif-al-Dawleh

Idleb: Maaret Noaman: Fierce Shelling with mortars and artillery in different neighborhoods of the city, from Hamidi and Wadi Deif camps

Homs: Tadmor: Clashes between the Free Syrian Army and regime forces are taking place now

Damascus Suburbs: Muqailbeyeh: News of many wounded fallen due to the shelling of regime forces in the town, in addition, a shell was reported to fall on one of the houses

Damascus: Qadam: Regime forces are using rocket launchers to shell Jouret Al-Sharibati

Idlib: Jabal Al-Zawiyeh: Fierce shelling from the brick factory was reported; Gvozdika shells are being launched at the villages in Jabal Al-Zawiyeh and massive explosions are shaking the area

Damascus: Yarmouk: Sound of an explosion of unidentified source could be heard

Damascus Suburbs: Daraya: Two surface-to-surface missiles were fired into the residential areas in the western part of the city, and were followed by fierce artillery shelling

Hama: Karnaz: Three martyrs and several wounded due to rocket shelling in the city

Damascus: Fierce clashes were reported in the Old Al-Zahira area of the capital; forces are using light- and medium-grade weapons

Damascus Suburbs: Mqailabieh: Two martyrs and a number of wounded were reported in the wake of shelling at the city outskirts, in addition to significant material damage

Damascus Suburbs: The Free Syrian Army destroyed two checkpoints in Al-Hasnieh in Khan Al-Sheikh, and destroyed a checkpoint at Jdeidet Artouz junction

Deir Ezzor: the Free Syrian Army successfully damaged a cargo plane which was transporting weapons and ammunitions caches to Deir Ezzor Military Airport

Damascus Suburbs: The Free Syrian Army blew up the checkpoint at Brigade No.68 Junction on Damascus-Quneitra Highway

Deir Ezzor: Clashes between the FSA and the regime forces, stationed in the Old Matar neighborhood, are reported near Ghassan Abboud Rounabout

Damascus: Yarmouk Camp: Heavy fire from tanks stationed around the Military Barracks in front of Sufian Althawri Mosque. The shelling is reportedly targeting 30th Street and areas in its vicinity

Homs : Ghonto: Shelling using mortar and heavy graded weaponry was reported to be started in the town

Aleppo: Al-Bab: Heavy artillery shelling targeting the city from Qweress military airport

DeirEzzor: Al-AmoHssen: A rocket fell on Boseed neighborhood

Hama: Regime forces launched a raids in Tareeq Masyaf neighborhood and arrested a number of young men
