Homs
After several hours of continued shooting and gunfire in besieged neighborhoods in Homs, especially Bab Sbaa, conditions calmed down relatively. The communication and phones are still cutoff in many places. the siege is continued so it’s still not possible to deliver the medical aid to the injured people. There are around 10 martyrs who fall down today but it’s still not possible to know the names.
Many cities and villages performed a strike today in support to Homs, including but not only: Idlib, Daraa, Daeel and Hama.
Brief demonstrations went out in several places in Damascus, it didn’t stay long due to the very heavy security presence.
In Swaida, which is under the control of thugs since the beginning of the revolution, this didn’t prevent the lawyers from expressing their anger regarding the violations of security forces and shabiha (regime’s armed thugs) who attacked them under the sight of the mayor, noting that this is not the first time the lawyers in Swaida demonstrate for freedom and for the besieged cities as shown in a video recently were they also read a statement condemning what the Syrian regime is doing and supporting the Syrian upraising.

A demonstration went out in Baghdad street after Maghreb (evening) prayer with young women participating, it lasted for about 10 mins, and ended peacefully before the security forces arrive
